    The moment we entered the Jermuk Hotel And Spa, we were amazed by its modern and luxurious facilities. It reminded me of a once-in-a-lifetime experience, especially for someone from the west. The view from our balcony was amazing, great to fully appreciate the beautiful location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room wasvery comfy and tidy. The included meals had a good balance of options, and we particularly enjoyed the salads. The indoor pool with a view was a definite highlight. We even treated ourselves to a full-body massage, reasonably priced. Despite a few minor hiccups, such as the lack of napkins and limited drink options, we found the overall value for money to be excellent. The staff's honesty and care in reducing the price of our stay were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend the Jermuk Hotel And Spa to anyone seeking a great getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
